Widgets are interactive building blocks that let you add all kinds of content and features to your YourSitee page, with no need of coding! Each widget is designed for a specific purpose, making your profile more dynamic, engaging, and personal. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the main widget types you can use on YourSitee, including supported formats. Character limits can be found here.

Available Widgets

  • External Link: Add links to any website, social media profile, online shop, or resource. Just paste the URL and you’re set! Supports many types of URLs. You can display the link’s favicon and set the link to NSFW category.
  • Title: Organize your page by adding section headers. Titles help visitors easily navigate your content.
  • Rich Text (Markdown): Share formatted text, lists, code, tables, images, and more using markdown syntax. This widget supports headings, bold, italic, blockquotes, ordered and unordered lists, code blocks, horizontal lines, images, tables, footnotes, strikethrough, emojis, and task lists.
  • YouTube Video: Embed any YouTube video—whether it’s your own creation or a favorite clip—directly on your page.
  • X Post: Showcase a specific tweet or X post you want visitors to see. (Note: due to Twitter/X changes, this block might not always work.)
  • Twitch Live Stream: Display a Twitch channel or stream you love so visitors can watch live content right from your page.
  • Instagram Post: Highlight a photo, reel, or moment from Instagram without sending visitors away from your site.
  • Pinterest Pin: Share inspiring pins or boards to show off your creativity or favorite ideas.
  • SoundCloud Track : Let your visitors listen to a song, track, or playlist from SoundCloud—great for musicians or music lovers.
  • Spotify: Feature a song, album, playlist, or artist profile from Spotify. It’s a fun way to share your current vibe or promote your own music.

How to delete a widget

Can’t seem to figure out how to delete a widget? No worries, we got you!

Enter Edit mode

Before we can delete a widget, let’s enter Edit mode first. Head over to the dashboard and click ‘Edit Mode’ in the bottom center of your screen.

Select the widget

Once you’ve done that, click the widget you’d like to delete.

Time to delete!

In the pop-up that shows, right next to the “Save” button, click the trash can icon.

There we go, that’s better. Now, in the bottom center of your screen, click “Save changes.” Done! Steps

How to reorder widgets

Does your profile feel a little bit off? Playing around with widget placement might fix this! But, how do you even do that? We got you.

Pick a widget

Pick a widget to reorder. This might be the most crucial step! ;)

Reordering your widget

Click or tap and drag a widget. After slightly moving your cursor, or finger on mobile, you’ll notice that you can move around the widget. Now, drag it to the new spot and release. Done! Steps

Enter Edit mode

As always, before we can make changes, we’ll need to enter Edit mode first. Head over to the dashboard and click ‘Edit Mode’ in the bottom center of your screen.

Click the widget

Click the widget you’d like to mark as NSFW.

Mark it as NSFW

In the pop-up that shows, scroll down to the header called “NSFW content.” There, click the toggle so it shows on the right side with a blue color. This shows the setting has been turned on. Done, that’s it! Steps
