Intellectual Property Policy

YourSitee takes claims of copyright and trademark infringement seriously and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyright is being infringed, you may submit a DMCA notice to legal@yoursitee.com containing the following information:
  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including a description and/or URL where the original work appears).
  2. The URL(s) or location(s) on YourSitee where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  3. Your contact details, including full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature, along with the date.
Properly filed DMCA complaints containing all of the above information will result in the removal of the infringing content hosted on YourSitee. Please note that the alleged infringer may receive a complete copy of your complaint, including your personal contact information, as part of the process. Knowingly misrepresenting material as infringing may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@yoursitee.com including:
  1. A description of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  2. Your contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, or if outside Hungary, your willingness to accept service from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
We cannot process counter-notifications that are incomplete or contain defective elements. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party, who may then pursue further legal action. If we do not receive notice of such action within a reasonable period, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Accounts found to have repeatedly infringed copyright or other intellectual property rights may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.
