Intellectual Property Policy
YourSitee takes claims of copyright and trademark infringement seriously and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyright is being infringed, you may submit a DMCA notice to legal@yoursitee.com containing the following information:- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including a description and/or URL where the original work appears).
- The URL(s) or location(s) on YourSitee where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- Your contact details, including full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature, along with the date.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@yoursitee.com including:- A description of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- Your contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, or if outside Hungary, your willingness to accept service from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
