Verification on YourSitee helps users identify authentic, credible, and notable profiles. A verified badge displayed on your profile indicates that your account has been confirmed as genuine by our internal verification team. This badge not only builds trust with visitors but also protects against impersonation and misrepresentation. Preview profile with Verified badge Verification cannot be purchased and is reserved for public figures, organizations, and officials who meet specific authenticity and notability requirements. Each request is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While follower count and visibility are considered, they are not the sole criteria. Our focus is on authenticity, relevance, and public interest. There are three types of verified badges available on YourSitee, each with their unique purpose.

Personal Verified (Blue Badge)

The Personal Verified badge represents verified individual creators, influencers, artists, journalists, and other public figures who have an established presence or influence in their respective fields. This badge confirms that the profile belongs to a real person whose identity has been verified by the YourSitee team. To qualify for Personal Verification, your profile should demonstrate clear public relevance and authenticity. Examples include media presence, an active following on recognized platforms, or professional accomplishments that make impersonation likely or harmful. Minimum requirements include:
  • A completed YourSitee profile with a real name or stage name
  • Public social media presence or press mentions that establish authenticity
  • A track record of online activity consistent with your claimed identity
If you are a former or non-active political figure, you may apply for Personal Verification instead of Government Verification.

Organizational Verified (Orange Badge)

The Organizational Verified badge is awarded to companies, brands, and organizations with an established and legitimate presence. This verification signals that the account represents an officially recognized entity, enhancing trust between the organization and its audience. Organizational Verification may also be available for educational institutions, non-profits, and cultural entities that demonstrate active operations and verifiable online or offline presence. Minimum requirements include:
  • A registered business or organization with a verifiable identity
  • Official website or domain matching the organization’s name
  • Proof of operational presence or significant public activity
  • Verification for some organizations may include a processing fee
YourSitee may charge a verification processing fee for organizations to cover identity validation and administrative costs.

Government Verified (Gray Badge)

The Government Verified badge identifies official government accounts, including elected representatives and institutions, to ensure the authenticity of public communication on YourSitee. This badge is exclusively available to individuals or entities currently holding an active public office. Government Verification is reserved for presidents, vice presidents, members of parliament or congress, senators, mayors, ministries, government offices, and public agencies. To qualify, the account or associated website must use an official government domain (for example: *.gov or *.gov.hu). Former officeholders or political figures not currently in service may be eligible for the Personal Verified badge instead. Minimum requirements include:
  • Active status as a public official or government representative
  • Email address or website with an official “*.gov” domain
  • Clear and verifiable connection to a recognized government institution
  • Compliance with YourSitee’s Community Standards and public accountability guidelines
For enhanced security, verified government accounts may request additional authentication and protection tools through support@yoursitee.com.
