At YourSitee, we want to be transparent about how refunds work, so you know exactly what to expect when using our services. YourSitee operates as a freemium subscription-based service, offering both free and paid subscription packages. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan, and continue until cancelled through your account’s billing section.
As a general rule, YourSitee does not provide refunds for any of its products. This is because, once your payment is processed, you immediately begin accessing our premium features and services. Offering refunds in these cases would not cover the costs associated with providing those features, which is why payments are considered final.
There are, however, a few exceptions:
- Accidental Renewals: If your subscription renewed by mistake and you contact us within 24 hours of the charge by writing to support@yoursitee.com, we will issue a 100% refund. If you contact us later than 24 hours after the charge, a refund is not guaranteed. In some cases, we may still be able to help, but this is decided at our discretion.
- Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your permission to pay for a YourSitee subscription, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to investigate the situation and find a fair solution.
In all other cases, refunds are not available.
Please note: If you attempt to charge back your subscription fee through your bank or payment provider, this will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, your YourSitee account, including access to free features, will be permanently disabled.
